About Kathryn Miers

With more than ten years of real estate experience, Kathryn leads as the Director of Sales for Copland Property Group. Kathryn started out as Brian’s Leasing Coordinator back in 2013 and started assisting him with sales in 2015. Over the last nine years working with Brian, she has watched their sales go from $14 million in 2013 to over $70 million in 2021.

Serving as Brian’s right hand woman, Kathryn assists in every facet of the business; from writing offers to coordinating listing details, she is there each step of the way!

In 2023, Kathryn extended her services to San Angelo, TX, where she hopes to bring a new level of luxury marketing and professionalism to real estate in the Concho Valley.

Although real estate is Kathryn’s passion, her family is her priority. She loves spending time with her husband (Kevin), their three young children (Elizabeth, Jack and Emmalene), and Teddy Cuddles (her Golden Retriever). She also enjoys traveling, reading, art and antiques.
